Lindberg has become a Shareholder with the firm.  Peter practices in Minnesota in the areas of aviation litigation, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, trucking and transportation litigation, product liability, construction law, insurance coverage and subrogation, probate and heirship litigation, and general civil litigation.  Peter earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. Shareholder Rachel Beauchamp Honored by MDLA with President’s Award

Cousineau Malone is proud to celebrate Rachel Beauchamp who received the 2023 President’s Award for excellent contribution and service to the Minnesota Defense Lawyer’s Association. Rachel received the award at the MDLA Trial Techniques seminar in Duluth, MN.  Rachel serves as a MDLA Board Member, and the Editor in Chief of Minnesota Defense, the quarterly magazine published by MDLA.   Cousineau Malone is so proud of Rachel and pleased when other organizations also recognize Rachel’s value as a colleague and leader!

Christopher Malone Attends Nuclear Verdicts Defense Institute

Chris Malone recently attended the Nuclear Verdicts Defense Institute where he spent 4 days learning about and practicing new trial techniques to stop Nuclear Verdicts®.  This was not a passive seminar; it was an interactive skills based experience, that included learning techniques then applying them in live practice sessions and then receiving real-time feedback from the instructors to make this a unique training experience.  Chris and the firm look forward to using these techniques to save our clients money and stop excessive damage awards, runaway juries, and Nuclear Verdicts®!

Shareholders Chris Malone and Rachel Beauchamp present at MVA CLE in Minnesota

Chris Malone and Rachel Beauchamp were pleased to present to a well-attended (in person!) 2023 Motor Vehicle Accident Cases in Minnesota CLE sponsored  by Minnesota CLE.  They presented on the topic of defending commercial motor vehicle cases in a climate of nuclear verdicts and runaway juries.  Their presentation focused on two commercial trucking cases they took to trial and received defense verdicts, identifying how and when factual data, expert investigation and opinions, and trial strategy play a role in liability defense cases.  This full day CLE (with their presentation in the later part of the line up) does have replay ability if you are looking for a good overview of many auto accident and litigation topics.  https://www.minncle.org/seminar/2544132301
