Cousineau is proud to report that Rachel Beauchamp recently attended the Nuclear Verdicts Defense Institute where she spent 4 days learning about and practicing trial techniques aimed at stopping Nuclear Verdicts®.  This was not a passive seminar; it was an interactive skills based experience for already experienced civil trial attorneys, that included learning techniques and then applying them in live practice sessions and then receiving real-time feedback regarding the defense strategies making this a unique training experience.  Rachel and the firm look forward to using these techniques to better represent our clients and stop excessive damage awards, runaway juries, and Nuclear Verdicts®!
