Stephanie N. Maser

Stephanie is an experienced litigator with experience handling a broad array of insurance defense matters including, but not limited to, defense of professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, utility defense, and product liability litigation. As part of her work with professionals, Stephanie frequently represents and works with clients before their licensing boards.  She has represented clients through all phases of litigation in district court as well as in administrative matters. Stephanie also has experience representing funeral homes and cemeteries in legal matters.

Stephanie previously worked in varying legal capacities including case management for a prominent data recovery and e-discovery consulting firm and as a judicial law clerk. She is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Outside of work Stephanie can usually be found spending time with her family and off on adventures with her two little girls.

  • Defend utility company against water damage claim resulting in dismissal of litigation.
  • Successful defense of property management company and financial institution against property damage claims.
  • Defense verdict following property damage jury trial primary contesting the issue of whether cost of repair or replacement was owed.
