David is a civil litigation attorney whose practice encompasses a wide range of cases including the defense in personal injury, product liability, and construction defect cases.

David is committed to working with clients through each stage of the litigation process and understanding their needs to arrive at a positive resolution to their case. Prior to joining Cousineau Malone, David spent nearly a year working as a law clerk for the Honorable Jamie Anderson in Hennepin County, where he was involved in drafting and editing memorandum on behalf of the judge and gained a valuable perspective on motion practice and trial in Minnesota State Courts.

When he is not working, David enjoys hiking, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, and training his Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Halle.
