Kyle is a recent graduate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Prior to his time at Cousineau, Van Bergen, McNee & Malone, Kyle practiced in Worker’s Compensation defense and gained valuable, hands-on experience in client counseling, representation, relationship building, as well as handling cases in various points of litigation.

Kyle’s practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in a wide range of areas, including motor vehicle liability, construction liability, products liability, and all aspects of transportation law and commercial trucking liability.  His practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation from pre-litigation tasks such as discovery and motion writing, to meditation and trial.

In his free time, Kyle enjoys hiking on Minnesota’s extensive trails, participating in recreational sports, and rooting for his hometown Green Bay Packers.
